Ecotone Digital Solutions has been in business since 2001, servicing “busy professionals” with their online and digital needs. Our primary focus for our client today is digital project management assistance (Digital Partner), getting individuals online & supporting them (Sustainable Online Presence) and CeBe education services (Citizen Solution).
Our business model is designed to keep costs down and quality up. Thus, we work as a virtual office by hiring freelance professionals when necessary and keeping a small footprint when not.
This small footprint allows for one-on-one interaction. That’s why we’re excited to offer personal digital assistance we call Digital Partnering. By creating a relationship with a trusted digital partner you are free to hand over tasks or projects that you might not have time to do and know that the work will be completed quickly and correctly. As if you had done it yourself.

What is an Ecotone?
An Ecotone is an area where two or more communities meet and interact.
In nature, an ecotone is a “transition area between two different biomes. It’s where two communities meet and interact. It may be narrow or wide, and it may be local (the zone between a field and forest) or regional (the transition between forest and grassland ecosystems).”
Just like in nature, Ecotone Digital Solutions brings together different communities by joining busy professionals with digital technology.
About the Owner
Our owner, Sue Cubberly, is our primary project manager and will handle all projects, personally.
Sue is a Digital Project Manager and Digital Strategy Manager with over 25+ experience in the web design & development industry. She has worked for corporations, non-profits, environmental organizations and associations, including The Chicago Museum of Science & Industry, Colonial Williamsburg, Underwriter’s Laboratories, the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, the Society of Actuaries and many others.
For the past 5 years, Sue has begun to offer her digital services to “busy professionals” including business & administration professionals and technology & science professionals.
As a Digital Strategist and Project Manager Sue has created the idea of the trusted “Digital Partner“.
